Music Merch Marketplace LLC ("Music Merch Marketplace," "M³," "we," "us," or "our") operates musicmerchmarketplace.com and the Music Merch Marketplace mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Platform.
By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share with:
Third-party vendors who assist in operating the Platform, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (cloud storage), and Google Workspace (email). These parties are contractually obligated to protect your information.
When you make a purchase or sale, limited information (such as your username and shipping address) is shared with the other party to complete the transaction.
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Music Merch Marketplace, our users, or the public.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion by contacting [email protected]. We may retain certain information as required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, Stripe's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure, and access controls. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
You may update your account information at any time through Platform settings.
You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking unsubscribe or contacting [email protected].
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
The Platform is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact [email protected] if you believe a child has provided us information.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Welcome to Music Merch Marketplace. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of musicmerchmarketplace.com and the Music Merch Marketplace mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Music Merch Marketplace LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Music Merch Marketplace is a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of music merchandise including concert tees, vinyl records, tour posters, hats, festival gear, and related items. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.
Music Merch Marketplace charges a platform fee of 5.46% on each completed transaction, deducted from the seller's payout. Buyers pay the listed price; sellers receive 94.54% of the sale price.
Buyers may submit offers on listed items. Offers expire after 48 hours if not responded to. Sellers may accept, decline, or counter any offer. Accepted offers create a binding purchase obligation. Buyers may cancel pending offers before acceptance.

All Platform content — including the M³ logo, design, software, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Music Merch Marketplace LLC. By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Platform.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By using the Platform, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Music Merch Marketplace does not store credit card information. Seller payouts are processed via Stripe Connect after transaction confirmation.
Music Merch Marketplace is not responsible for resolving disputes between buyers and sellers. If an item is significantly not as described, contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF ANY LISTING OR THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUSIC MERCH MARKETPLACE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Music Merch Marketplace LLC, its officers, members, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your listings, your transactions, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting [email
